Current News:
8-26-2006: Yesterday I had the pleasure of TAing for 2 of the labs for CS1323. Brings me back to the time I had that course...about 6 years ago. Now I am feeling old. Today: office hours. I picked office hours that will be helpful to the students...one on Friday, allowing them to ask questions on the previous day's lab; and one on Monday that I guess will be the day that the projects will be due.
8-21-2006: A new semester begins at OU. This Fall, I will be taking the Weather Radar Theory course and 4 hours of M.S. Thesis Research. I hope to complete the thesis for Meteorology this semester, though I will not actually graduate until the CS requirements are completed as well (probably may 2008).
8-14-2006: Today I turned 24. Not much of an age...just one more year until the insurance break!!
8-11-2006: I was offered and accepted a position as a TA in the Computer Science department. I will be helping out with the Intro to Programming for Majors course.
